About Carole

As an International NLP Trainer and Performance Coach, Carole delivers a variety of programmes for organisations in the helping professions, career guidance, education and youth support services.

She is a qualified career guidance practitioner, adolescent counsellor and specialist interview and presentation skills trainer and has helped hundreds of adults and students develop the confidence and skills to perform and succeed.  

She creates motivational courses to support London Coaching Foundation's work, developing the winning mindset in young people who have the capability of becoming international athletes in preparation for the 2012 Olympics.

One of Carole’s passions is unlocking potential, especially with adolescents who have become disillusioned, demotivated and disengaged. She gets them back on track and delivers NLP coaching in prisons, with Connexions and in both the independent and state education sector.  She has an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure

Carole is a graduate of Nottingham University and former public relations consultant.   She is continuing her professional development by studying for an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, leading towards UKCP and HPC registration. She has an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
